Real estate developer SkyWorld Development Berhad has clinched victory at the Malaysia Real Estate Award 2022 organized by the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI-Malaysia for its project SkyAwani 2 Residences in the Affordable Housing category.

The Guest of Honor, Melaka’s Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Mohd Ali Rustam, presented the award to the Chief Executive Officer of SkyWorld Group, Mr. Lee Chee Seng, at the award ceremony held at One World Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

This marks the first time SkyWorld has won at the FIABCI Malaysia Real Estate Award. Situated on a 1.125-hectare land along Jalan Ipoh in Kuala Lumpur, SkyWorld’s SkyAwani 2 Residences project comprises 708 residential units and 102 commercial lots, with prices starting from $63,217.

Officially completed in 2020, the project received a 79% Qlassic score – the highest score in the Residensi Wilayah segment in Malaysia as evaluated by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia.

With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of up to RM266 million, SkyAwani 2 Residences offers comprehensive amenities such as an infinity pool overlooking Batu Caves and Genting Highlands, a basketball court, BBQ area, children’s playground, family entertainment zone, sky bridge connecting the two towers, sky lounge, rooftop garden, yoga room, and multipurpose hall with full air conditioning, electric vehicle charging points, and 4-tier security system.
