On 5 October 2020, SkyWorld took the lead by launching their newest affordable offering, SkyAwani V Residence, Sentul online. The property unveiling took place via newly launched Click2Own online unit selection portal, used for potential purchasers to choose their desired units.

The revolutionary method was well-received by the members of the public during an online launch that took place on the 27th of September 2020, achieving an astounding 95% booking rate within a single day!

Prospective buyers of the recently launched SkyAwani V Residence, were allowed to choose their very own unit from the comfort of their homes, just like booking an air ticket. Upon unit confirmation, purchasers were able to check on their respective booked units and even download the sales form paperlessly.
