On 16 June 2020, SkyWorld has once again set a remarkable record through its SkyAwani 2 development located off Jalan Ipoh. The Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (“CIDB”) crowned the said property with a notable QLASSIC score of 79% – the HIGHEST rating within the Residensi Wilayah category in Malaysia.

The Quality Assessment System for Building Construction Works (QLASSIC) is an independent method to assess and evaluate primarily the quality of workmanship of building projects based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS). A high QLASSIC score denotes that a building is better constructed and achieves a higher quality of workmanship. Currently, the practice is entirely voluntary.

Mr Lee Chee Seng, Chief Operating Officer of SkyWorld enlightened, “We are further motivated as a team to craft high-quality developments upon receiving the news of SkyAwani 2 being awarded the highest QLASSIC score for the Residensi Wilayah Category. This milestone reflects the consistency that the group has placed concerning construction quality upon all developments across the board.
