    Recognition of Urban Developer’s Setapak Innovative Project

    Urban developer SkyWorld Development Bhd has been recognized for its Setapak innovative project with the award for its SkyAwani 3 residential development in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, at the Malaysia Sustainable Development Awards 2023.

    Mr. Lee Chee Seng – Chief Executive Officer of SkyWorld Development Bhd, stated that the Creative Design Award they received is evidence of the recognition of the innovative Setapak project with a commitment to creativity and quality throughout the development process.

    The SkyAwani 3 Residences residential area is part of the government’s affordable housing initiative for urban dwellers, which has gained recognition for the innovative Setapak project.

    The project consists of 1,905 evenly distributed apartments across 3 towers of 52 floors each.

    The cost for each 800m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be 300,000 RM.

    The SkyAwani 3 Residences residential project was also awarded the title of “Tallest Skybridge for a Housing Project in Malaysia” by the Malaysia Book of Records.

    The 170.55m SkyBridge located on the 52nd floor connects all three buildings and offers unobstructed views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

    Residents of the project can enjoy 22 recreational amenities including a swimming pool with air jets, gaming room, jogging track, basketball court, and even a gymnasium.
