    EXECUTIVE, SALES (MRN81)

    Description :

    • Main task is to attend to all sales enquiries, including walk-in customers, telephone and registrant, and also build good relationship with all internal & external customers. 
    • Understand the products well and able to conduct good presentation, and capable to advise on matter regarding purchase of property, loan procedure and etc. 
    • Participating in sales events such as exhibitions, road shows & online events as assigned. 
    • To prepare daily sales report and monthly report and relevant paperwork accurately as per management direction. 
    • Ensure great customer service and sales gallery is always at perfect condition. 
    • Ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, in compliance with government regulations, as well as the clauses outlined in the Employee Handbook.

    Requirement :

    • FRESH GRADUATES with sales experiences are encouraged to apply as training provided. 
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin %u202Fis added advantage. 
    • Applicants must be willing to work at Setiawangsa on 6 days a week inclusive weekends and public holidays. 
    • Preferably candidate with positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
    • Passionate in property sales industry with strong influence and negotiation skills.
